Position Overview:

As a Director of Marketing at Dataloop, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and create meaningful connections with our target audience. We are seeking a creative, results-oriented marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the tech industry, and is passionate about leveraging data- driven insights to achieve impactful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Dataloop's business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong brand presence in the market.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and empower team members to excel in their roles.
Brand Development: Continuously enhance the Dataloop brand by crafting a compelling narrative that resonates with our target audience, differentiates us from competitors, and reflects our unique value proposition.
Demand Generation: Drive lead generation initiatives, optimizing our inbound and outbound marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads and fuel the sales pipeline. Implement effective strategies across various channels, including digital, events, content marketing, and more.
Content Strategy: Develop a robust content strategy that delivers valuable and engaging content to our audience, positioning Dataloop as a thought leader in the industry. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content across different formats.
Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth, product refinement, and customer engagement.
Marketing Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives, monitor results, and provide regular reporting to the executive team. Continuously iterate on strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing impact.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment, foster collaboration, and drive a unified approach to achieving company goals.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the tech industry, with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.
Team Leadership: Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
