Salesforce (SFDC) Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce QA/BA Analyst to join us. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing testing for our Booking Data Model, customized to our business needs.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute Test Plans covering various aspects such as Functional, Business Processes & Logics, Usability, UI, and Performance tests for BI dashboards, Datasets, and Applications.
Monitor and track Test Plan Projects, ensuring effective handling of changes in scope, priority, and test schedule.
Ensure Stakeholder acceptance within given timeframes, executing Acceptance Tests.
Define and enhance QA Processes/Best Practices.
Track Test results, initiating corrective actions for optimal project health.
Ensure project delivery meets desired Quality standards, collaborating closely with Project Teams and business units to drive Quality upstream.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce BA Analyst.
Hands-on experience in SFDC is advantageous.
High analytical skills are a must.
Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
Understanding of Sales Operation concepts and key performance indicators.
Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle phases and Testing Life Cycle.
Strong Requirements and Business Analysis skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Agile Software Project Management.
Familiarity with Test Management Tools such as Jira and TFS.
Strong ability to define and execute Test Cases.
Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills.
