NVIDIA is looking for a Software Student to join its Software R&D Linux userspace team. The position would be part of a team that implements and maintains sophisticated drivers, libraries, and applications for groundbreaking network technologies. The team is spread worldwide, includes strong engineers, and provides excellent professional growth and self-development opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
You will craft and implement userspace drivers, libraries, and applications for our state-of-the-art network devices for HW acceleration and offload
Design and implement in C under Linux OS
Work in agile methodology
Collaborate and debug with teams across the globe to provide the best solutions for our customers.
What we need to see:
A student of a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree, available to work at least 50%
Strong C coding
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to self-manage and communicate effectively
Remaining studies of at least two full semesters
An official and updated grade sheet (in Word or PDF format, includes the GPA)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
C programming experience
Previous experience with Linux userspace
Experience in Linux driver development
Strong networking knowledge
