We are seeking an R&D Project/Scrum Manager to play a pivotal role in our product development process. The ideal candidate will oversee multidisciplinary R&D projects, with an emphasis on managing software development using agile/sprint methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of engineering projects
Support and guide multiple engineering teams
Serve as an Agile master, improving team practices
Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps
Manage priorities and deliver projects on time and with quality
Remove obstacles and facilitate cross-team collaboration
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
4+ years as R&D Project and Scrum Manager
Experience with hardware, real-time software, cloud, and web applications
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira
Knowledge of testing cycles and SCRUM/Kanban
IoT product experience is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
