Hardware Engineer (Board Design)

> Design and development of complex digital boards for Motion Control applications> Participate in the architecture design of future applications and products> Support existing designs, implement changes and reliability improvement enhancements, test and validate new designsPrimary Duties and Responsibilities> Design and develop complex Digital boards> Define Requirements, Specs and Interfaces, write Design, Spec and Validation documents> Select major components, lead layout and placement using contractors> Perform Bring-Up tasks, validate design, support transition to manufacturing, support the boards in their life cycleRequirements:> B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a similar degree> At Least 3-5 years of proven experience in a hi-tech company developing digital boards> Basic knowledge of analog electronics> Excellent level of System Engineering – ability to dissect, analyze and define high level requirements into digital board architecture and requirements> Experience in conducting design reviews, layout reviews, requirement reviews> Excellent knowledge of relevant CAD tools – OrCAD, Allegro> Experience with motion and control systems - advantage> Personal skillso Excellent interpersonal skillso Ability to work in a team of engineers in multi-disciplinary environmento Innovative and creative in solving complex problemso Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
