The Role
DoorLoop is seeking a lifecycle marketing expert to improve our existing email campaigns in HubSpot, as well as to identify additional communication opportunities and build out strategies accordingly.
The Senior Manager is responsible for the roadmap and strategy for the DoorLoop brand as it relates to customer marketing and lifetime value.
The mission of this role is to own, deploy, and evaluate all email marketing campaigns at every stage of the marketing funnel, collaborating cross-functionally with content teams in order to maximize conversions and establish DoorLoop as the go-to thought leader in property management. The goal of this role is to optimize existing email marketing campaigns, and introduce new campaigns and tactics, to meet or exceed ambitious lifecycle marketing KPIs for each stage of the funnel.
You will have full ownership of top-, middle-, and bottom-of-funnel emails campaigns on HubSpot, including lead nurture campaigns, sale announcements, feature announcements, and win-back campaigns. You will also have the opportunity to mature the existing lifecycle program into full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns based on performance data and your resulting recommendations.
As DoorLoop's Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will:
Create, manage, test, and evaluate email campaigns on HubSpot for every stage of the marketing funnel.
Lead the development and execution of DoorLoop's lifecycle strategies across all channels, including but not limited to HubSpot, retargeting, and more.
Be accountable for lifecycle marketing strategy and team management, making data-driven optimizations to campaigns at every level in order to meet and exceed KPI targets.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure that lifecycle campaigns are pacing to meet budget and revenue goals as well as keep leadership well-informed.
Evolve and optimize email, direct mail, SMS and touchpoint strategy based on performance data to drive conversions and maximize thought leadership.
Oversight of marketing programs inclusive of automation & triggered-based programs.
Create campaign briefs to guide the copy, design, and development contributions to all email campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with individual contributors in copywriting, graphic design, and development to oversee the build, testing, and execution of email campaigns.
Further establish analytics and reporting structure to educate DoorLoop leadership on CRM tactics and further develop CRM strategy.
Oversee testing strategies, bringing a culture of continuous improvement & optimization.
Develop new segmentation & targeting strategies to enhance customer experience through personalization.
Build cross functional relationships across the organization to effectively collaborate on full-funnel campaigns and collect qualitative feedback on campaigns
Develop short- and long-term lifecycle marketing strategy encompassing every stage of the marketing funnel.
Recommend appropriate organizational, budgetary and resource changes as needed.
Keep current with emerging CRM technologies, trends and laws around data / privacy
About You
In order to be successful in this role, a candidate must possess the following:
In-depth knowledge of CRM and email-marketing platforms, especially Hubspot & Salesforce
Ability to identify trends, changes, and issues in data and effectively communicate needs based on these findings
Analytical thinking and a strong data background
Strong ability to analyze marketing campaign effectiveness based on performance data and KPIs
Strong organizational, communication, strategic, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic, prioritization, and delegation skills
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to initiate action and results without daily direction
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Effective story-teller who enjoys bringing products and stories to life, like customer testimonials
Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions
Problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
Self-starter who can manage their own workflow and projects
Qualifications
7 years of CRM/direct marketing experience
5 years of experience managing lifecycle marketing projects
Extensive experience with segmentation and targeting strategies
Proven mastery of HubSpot, including advanced experience with HubSpot Reports
Analytical and strong in data interpretation to provide business-minded strategies and recommendations based on data
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to achieve KPIs
Excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of the consumer. Defines and directs customer and marketing research
Bonus Points
Experience writing or leading teams for B2B SaaS, especially PropTech.
3 or more years of team management experience
Experience with Tableau
Experience working in a company (not agency) with 100+ employees.
