Medison is a global pharma company on a mission to help patients around the world get faster access to lifesaving, innovative, breakthrough therapies.We operate in 4 continents and over 24 countries and are growing fast.Join us if you want to be part of our mission and help save patients by getting them the latest treatments!We are hiring a Help Desk Administrator.The Help desk Administrator will be responsible for answering a wide range of technical IT issues, with a high level of permissions on the organization’s platforms, such as Office365.Requirements:1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (One drive, Share point, Teams)Deep knowledge of Win10/11 systemProficiency in English is requiredResponsibilities:Leading tech solution to end user in all aspects (Windows 10/11, Operating system, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems etc)Provide Day to day support and response to service incidentsDiagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity and servers issuesProvide support for the entire organization (Locally and Remotely)A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from usersTechnical skills with SharePoint platform
