We are hiring a Help Desk Administrator.

The Help desk Administrator will be responsible for answering a wide range of technical IT issues, with a high level of permissions on the organization’s platforms, such as Office365.

Requirements:

1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (One drive, Share point, Teams)
Deep knowledge of Win10/11 system
Proficiency in English is required

Responsibilities:

Leading tech solution to end user in all aspects (Windows 10/11, Operating system, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems etc)
Provide Day to day support and response to service incidents
Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity and servers issues
Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and Remotely)
A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
Technical skills with SharePoint platform
