Assistant Controller

What will your job look like?
Handle on-going tasks related to the company's finance activities.
Participate in the process of closing the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting periods and consolidation process.
Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
Provide periodical management reports and analysis.
Assisting in preparation of tax reports.
Support various aspects of accounting issues.
Utilize accounting IT systems to facilitate processes and maintain records.
All you need is:
CPA with Big4 accounting firms experience - Must.
1-2 years of post-internship experience.
Experience in High-Tech companies.
Experience in US public companies.
US GAAP knowledge.
Advanced Excel skills.
Excellent English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently, self-learning skills.
Ability to function well under pressure, with heavy workload (tight deadlines) and multitasking abilities.
Well-organized with ability to prioritize.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills and detail-oriented.
Team player.
