Description
Deloitte is seeking a senior professional to support and help shape the firm’s activity in the insurance sector.
This role includes contributing to strategy development, leading complex advisory initiatives, expanding the firm’s presence in the domain, building relationships with key industry stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and driving business development and marketing efforts.
This is a high-impact role with a strong business and professional focus, involving close work with senior client stakeholders, leadership across complex engagements, and meaningful contribution to the continued growth of the firm’s insurance offering.
Key responsibilities:
Support and help shape the firm’s insurance sector strategy and growth priorities
Maintain ongoing engagement with key clients in the industry, while developing and strengthening strategic relationships
Lead complex professional workstreams and drive cross-functional collaboration across internal and external stakeholders
Provide professional guidance and mentorship to project teams, without direct people management at this stage
Identify and advance new business opportunities, and support business development and marketing initiatives
Contribute to growth targets and help expand the firm’s activity in the insurance domain
Represent the practice in industry conferences, professional forums, and marketing activities

Requirements
Significant professional and leadership experience in insurance companies or in consulting / accounting firms — required
Proven experience leading complex professional processes and working across multiple stakeholders — required
Deep familiarity with insurance sector regulation, including Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority circulars, across both business and technology aspects
Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and industry requirements
Excellent command of Hebrew and English
Strong interpersonal skills, independence, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
Significant advantage:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience in consulting and/or business advisory support for insurance companies and financial institutions
