About this role

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary SaaS and AI initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment. You will be responsible for the program plan and timeline, execution, and governance across AI & Data Science, Software Engineering, and related technical domains.

Responsibilities
Lead large-scale SaaS programs, driving alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Agile software teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
Owns the program plan and timeline, manages risks, dependencies, and execution to meet the product manager's strategy and go-to-market goals.
Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping strategic focus and ensuring timely delivery.
Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence while prioritizing results and team well-being.

Requirements
Proven track record in leading SaaS initiatives and Agile software teams.
Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar environment/domain projects is considered an advantage. Hands-on software development experience is considered a strong advantage.
Extensive experience in managing programs and portfolios with measurable results on a large scale. At least 5-10 years of experience.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, from engineers to executives.
Proven record in project management enablement (teaching best practices) to empower TLs, leading quarterly and annual planning efforts etc.
Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
High emotional intelligence, humility, and a proven history of inspiring and mentoring top talent.
Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Physics, or a related technical field. Advanced degree - a strong advantage.
