Bid & Proposal Manager

IDE Technologies, a global leader in water technologies, is looking for a BID & Proposal Manager . Location: Kadima Main Responsibilities : Oversee the sales life cycle of global water treatment projects, from the initial phase to contract closure, ensuring alignment throughout both the technical and commercial processes. Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals and bids, ensuring they meet customer specifications. Collaborate closely with the process engineering, costing, legal, finance, and senior management teams. Engage in various marketing activities to promote the company's offerings. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. An MBA is considered an advantage. Extensive experience in international commercial activities within the water, infrastructure, or construction sectors. Prior experience in project management related to water, infrastructure, or construction projects is preferred. Familiarity with bidding on complex tenders is an advantage. Proficiency in English is required. Willingness and ability to travel frequently internationally.
