Supplies Expert & Project Manager

The Supplies expert & project manager is directly responsible to monitor and ensuring the optimal quality of our supply's performance in the field by his deep technical understanding of the press process. By improving the supplies quality, the supplies expert increases the customer experience, press availability and increases our customers' up-time and productivity.
Based on his data driven insights the Supplies Expert & Project Manager drives productivity increase, cost reductions, TCE and customer growth In addition, the Supplies expert & project manager leads dedicated LS improvement activities to further improve our customers' availability, knowledge and print volume, directly impacting HP's gross margin and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead & manage supplies and service products in terms of high-level escalations, support quality issues and improvement initiatives.

Lead the interface between customers, marketing, R&D, and the Service organization.

Define strategy, monitor, and improve product performance including Service costs, consumables LS & press KPI’S.

Responsible for press reliability, quality improvements and TCE

Lead dedicated LS improvement activities.

Develop knowledge materials for the service and in the fields of use.

Requirements:

High and deep experience with the press process

Data oriented and have good data analysis skills

Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Experience with customer facing.

Understanding of HP Indigo products & core technology - an advantage

Background in the printing industry - an advantage

Experience leading process improvement - an advantage

Ability to work under pressure environment.

Good interpersonal relationship

Communication and presentation skills

B.Sc. degree - an advantage

Fluent English (written and spoken) - a must.
