This role blends engineering, data, and marketing thinking, focusing on building intelligent systems that drive pipeline, accelerate campaigns, and unlock scalable execution.Reporting to: Director of Product MarketingLocation: Petah TikvaEmployment Type: Direct employmentResponsibilities:GTM Systems & Funnel ArchitectureDesign, build, and optimize the AI driven infrastructure behind AlgoSec’s go-to-market engine across tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, product analytics, and enrichment platformsConnect campaign engagement, and CRM signals into unified workflows that improve targeting and conversionCampaigns & Cadence EngineeringBuild and iterate on multi-channel outbound and inbound cadences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels using Outreach and marketing automation platformsDevelop intelligent sequencing systems that adapt messaging based on persona, behavior, and intent signalsAI-Driven Growth AutomationDevelop and deploy AI agents to automate marketing and sales workflows, from lead research to campaign executionRapidly experiment with new AI tools, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks to improve speed and effectiveness of GTM activitiesHyper-Personalization: Delivering customized content and experiences at scale through machine learning algorithmsStrategic Automation: Implementing AI agents for content creation, email management, and SEOProduct Marketing AccelerationPartner closely with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into scalable campaign executionBuild systems that turn content, insights, and product signals into high-performing programsData & InsightsCreate feedback loops between campaigns, product usage, and pipeline performanceSurface actionable insights on what’s working, where friction exists, and how to improve conversion across the funnelCross-Functional EnablementWork across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to eliminate manual processes and improve team efficiencyBuild internal tools and automations that enable teams to execute faster and with better precisionRequirements:Requirements:3-6 years in a technical GTM, Growth, Marketing Ops, SDR or similar role in B2B SaaSSolid understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnelsExperience working closely with Product Marketing or demand generation teamsExperience building or optimizing cadences, campaigns, or outbound workflowsComfortable navigating GTM stacks: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, enrichment tools, analytics platformsResults-driven with a strong focus on impact and executionCreative thinker who can translate ideas into working systemsStrong problem solver who can connect technical solutions to business outcomesAdvantages:Familiarity with cybersecurity or enterprise software marketsBackground in growth engineering, RevOps, SDR, or sales automationAlgoSec is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO), committed to creating a friendly, diverse and inclusive company culture.Departmant for website:Marketing
