What to Expect - The Role

We are looking for a highly creative, self-motivated software engineer specializing in building and maintaining test automation suites and infrastructure which are crucial for the product Testing and Integration stages and significantly contribute to enhancing development workflow efficiency and productivity.

What You’ll Do - Responsibilities

You will need to demonstrate solid software engineering skills, excellent interpersonal communication, extreme ownership, and the ability to accept and give meaningful technical feedback.
You will work as part of a Scrum-Agile team and collaborate with frontend engineers, quality engineers, product managers, DevOps, and backend infrastructure team to ensure quality releases
You will make decisions about how to architect engineering and testing workflows, considering both short- and long-term goals
You’ll design, implement, and deploy automation and workflow changes to improve the engineering workflow efficiency
You'll actively analyze testing pipeline failures to root cause system failures and test failures and either address them or work with other teams to maintain a high bar for their reliability

Requirements:

What You’ll Bring - Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in coding with one or more: Python, C#, Java, or equivalent.
Proven ability to ramp up quickly on new and existing technologies
Experience with one or more: REST API , Selenium, Appium - Advantage.

We offer a hybrid work policy : 3 on-site plus 2 flexible days.
Work is located at the Matam, Haifa R&D Center.
