What you will be doing:
You will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting and executing automation scripts, contributing to the efficiency of our Agile/Scrum processes. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with developing and implementing testing strategies, both manual and automated, to detect and resolve issues before they impact users. Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in manual checks to ensure seamless operations.
Who are you?
You are an experienced professional in Software Quality Assurance, with a rich background in SaaS platforms. With deep expertise in both automated and manual testing methodologies, you have a proven track record of ensuring software reliability and performance. Your skills span creating comprehensive test plans, selecting appropriate testing tools, and contributing to the excellence of QA teams. Fluent in English, your strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with team members and cross-functional partners. You are passionate about quality assurance and dedicated to delivering high-quality SaaS products to the market.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Define, create, and execute automated tests used to validate software functionalities and ensure high-quality products
Report, monitor, and track issues throughout the QA lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high standards of software quality
Analyze automated test results to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to development teams for resolution
Be an integral part of the R&D team and understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in automated testing and QA methodologies, incorporating new knowledge into testing processes and strategies
Select and implement tools for managing test cases, campaigns, and results
Estimate workload and schedule for testing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements:
Full time availability
Hybrid work model, 3 days from office
2-5 years of relevant experience in the field
Experience and understanding of testing and test-automation methodologies
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong knowledge of both manual and automated testing
Experience with software based on React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases
Proficiency in writing Test Plans and automating test cases
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
