About the Role

At Sensi.AI, the Applications Group Lead is pivotal in driving the development of our innovative product. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, lead a global team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create real impact on people's lives while ensuring technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global Full-Stack team in planning and developing our products end-to-end, optimize high-scale solutions, from the database and the backend to the client-side. Working on web and mobile applications.
Technical Leadership - Actively driving the team’s technical direction, own the architecture and system design, conducting code reviews, and guiding effective problem-solving across the team.
Design and implement robust, scalable solutions using ReactJS and NodeJS as well as Mobile Native.
Lead the QA processes, ensuring thorough testing and quality assurance standards are met.
Mentor and develop engineers to support their high performance and professional growth.
Partnering with the Product Team to build the product roadmap and drive the technical execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap 

Requirements:

You set a high bar for performance by demonstrating the ability to define clear goals, foster creativity and inspire your team, manage agile development cycles and timelines effectively, oversee technical design, onboard and mentor direct reports, and establish quality processes. Your leadership drives decision-making and motivates teams to continuously strive for technical excellence.
Full-stack Expert: You are a versatile developer, demonstrating proficiency with Node.js, React, and cloud environments (such as AWS). Additionally, you are well experienced with container environments like Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices. Experience with mobile development using React Native is an advantage, further enhancing your fullstack capabilities.
Champion of Development Processes: You thrive in establishing and managing efficient development cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmap planning. You excel at setting and tracking KPIs, driving planning, and ensuring smooth delivery of milestones. With a strong emphasis on implementing and maintaining high-quality processes, you foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational success.
Problem Solver: You bring a proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude, With strong troubleshooting skills, excelling in tackling challenges and optimizing solutions in fast-paced environments.
