Senior Program Manager

Lead an optical and electro-optical development program from concept to maturity.
Develop hi-end, novel optical components and subsystems.
Drive excellence and high executional capabilities in Program Management, with a focus on delivering value to the company and customers.
Develop collaborative relationships with other departments and stakeholders, both within and outside the R&D
Create customer engagement and solve customer problems

Requirements:

Excellent analytical skills
Organized. Detail-oriented
Proven related experience in conducting and leading innovative science and technology efforts in optics and electro-optics. Concrete theoretical background in relevant disciplines
3+ years experience in program management or system engineering of optical and electro-optical products / product lines – mandatory

Experience working with external customers

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Physics / Electrical Engineering specializing in optics
Strong leadership skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and eager to take responsibility and deliver results
Works well under pressure
Fluent Hebrew and English
Full time position
Office\lab working environment
Can work from home 1-2 days per week
Occasional extra working hours
Travel abroad ~2-4 times a year
