Qualitest is growing and we are looking for a Drone Manufacturing and Assembly Worker for our teams in Rosh Ha'in.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical and electronic assembly of drones according to guidelines and technical drawings
Conducting quality and functionality tests on components and final products
Working with specialized tools and measuring instruments
Troubleshooting basic technical issues during the production process
Collaborating with the team and adhering to safety and technical procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing/mechanical or electronic assembly – an advantage
Technical background and ability to work with precision tools
Ability to read and understand technical drawings – an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Willingness to work full-time in a dynamic environment

Additional Advantages:

Experience working with drones or similar electronic systems
Knowledge of soldering and electronic assembly
Familiarity with control systems and electric motors
