We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer with expertise in C++ or C# to take the lead in designing and implementing software features from concept to deployment. As part of your role, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems that drive our mission.
Lead feature development from initial concept to deployment, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
Conduct system analyses focusing on performance, security, and seamless integration.
Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure reliability and quality.
Guide and support junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Provide technical leadership in solving critical challenges and shaping strategic decisions.

You should bring with you:
4+ years of programming in C++ or C# with a proven track record of end-to-end feature development.
Knowledge of Python or Go is a big plus.
A true team player with exceptional communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments is a nice-to-have.
