As a Senior DevOps in our team, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, and apply best-in-class DevOps practices in a production environment.

We’re looking for someone who embraces automation as a mindset — always seeking ways to streamline, simplify, and improve processes.

What will you do?

Take ownership of complex, distributed, high-scale production cloud systems
Design, develop, and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines to improve R&D delivery and automation
Build and maintain automated build and deployment processes
Manage and automate configuration and provisioning of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Integrate test automation into CI/CD processes
Contribute to the architecture and development of cloud-based big data solutions
Design and implement cloud-native monitoring and alerting capabilities
Drive a culture of automation and continuous improvement
Stay current with industry trends, DevOps tools, and cloud innovations
Act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding and supporting team members
REQUIREMENTS

What you need:

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles, including leading projects or initiatives
Strong experience in cloud-based production environments (preferably AWS or GCP)
A strong automation-first mindset, with a passion for improving efficiency and reducing manual work
Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
Solid background in Linux administration and networking
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Proficiency in Shell scripting and/or Python
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting in cloud environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong communication skills and a team player with a “can-do” attitude
