The Indirect Procurement Buyer will be responsible for Cibus Cards, Cellular Devices and plan, Advertisement Materials Storage, Company cars invoices and ongoing related reports.. The role requires excellent vendor relations, and the ability to multitask.

This is a full-time position; the Buyer will Report to the Israel Indirect Procurement and Facilities manager.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of work experience.
Knowledge of office software tools (MS Word, Outlook, Google).
Experience in Priority
12 Years of education (high school education)
First degree- Advantage
Great communication skills in Hebrew and English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively, and manage conflict constructively.
Ability to remain agile and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of prioritizing tasks/duties as assigned.
Very high service orientation.
Detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities:

Cibus Cards:

Coordinate the procurement and allocation of Cibus for employees
Maintain accurate records of Cibus usage and ensure compliance with company policies.

Cellular Devices and Plans:

Manage the allocation and tracking of company-issued cellular devices and mobile plans.
Coordinate with employees to ensure they receive the appropriate device and plan based on their role.
Liaise with mobile service providers to ensure continuity of service and resolve issues as needed.

Advertisement Materials Storage:

Oversee the storage and inventory management of advertisement materials and promotional assets.
Ensure materials are easily accessible and available for distribution as needed.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure availability of materials for campaigns

Company Car Receipts and Supplier Issues:

Track and review company car invoices, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Handle any discrepancies or issues related to company car invoices, including liaising with the supplier for resolution.

Reports and Data Management:

Assist in compiling reports related to resource allocation, voucher usage, and mobile plan expenditures.
Maintain accurate data and provide regular updates to the team on relevant activities.
