Corporate Controller (Temp position)

Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, outdoor, and ORV helmets, is looking for an experienced and motivated Corporate Controller to join our team. A temporary maternity leave replacement position for 8-11 months (with an option for a permanent role). A full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices in Raanana/from home), reporting to the Director of Finance.

The Corporate Controller will play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process, while applying an analytical approach, working with teams across the organization, and providing actionable insights for decision making and potential improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee month-end closing procedures and on-time consolidation and reporting of financial results.
Oversee and prepare tax returns and support in defining tax strategy and compliance.
Develop and implement financial and accounting policies
Oversee and analyze inventory transactions, monthly reports, and costing
Work closely with other functional teams to improve business and system processes and support cross-company initiatives
Support FP&A as necessary for management and external reporting
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors and shareholders
Support in tracking and reviewing company budgets, forecasts, and actual performance
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems

Requirements:

CPA
Big 4 Graduate
At least 3 years of experience in a global hi-tech company. (Manufacturing Company – Advantage)
Experience with US GAAP
Proficient in Excel
Experience with different financial tools – BI, travel, budget systems
Excellent knowledge in Priority- advantage
Fluent in both spoken and written English – a must
Self-taught, able to lead processes and to work independently
High analytical skills
High attention to detail
