We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and delightful experiences.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data experts, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to develop a top-tier user experience. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our product is intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Own the product UX/UI end-to-end - from concept to implementation.

- Work closely with product, development & quality teams to verify feasibility and ensure that designs are understood and implemented correctly.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product and ultimately create a better user experience.

- Create wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data with collaboration with the product team.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer.

- An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates exceptional expertise. Please share your portfolio with us - MUST.

- Proven experience in designing simplified user experiences for complex workflows and for large scale data products.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Proficient with industry-standard design tools and concepts, such as Figma & Design Systems & UX/UI Best Practices.

- Design high-fidelity & low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that solve complex user problems.

- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic coding principles.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

- Exceptional attention to detail with strong UI skills, including hierarchy, typography, illustrations, and iconography.

- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.

- Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas clearly and effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
