About the Role

We are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our team in Whittlesea. In this role, you will use your expertise in dementia care to provide behaviour support for people living with dementia in our Memory Support Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver, participate in, and assist with the assessment, formulation, and review of resident care plans
Provide best-practice dementia support and care in collaboration with the team
Implement recommendation plans and behaviour support strategies
Monitor, accurately record, and communicate residents’ conditions and needs
Safely administer medications
Provide wound care
Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs are met

Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
Current AHPRA registration (Div 2)
NDIS check (includes police check)
