Technical Writer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create and maintain high-quality ation for both hardware and software products, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability for a variety of audiences.
The ideal candidate will work closely with product teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver content that supports product understanding and successful usage.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a variety of documentation including application notes, user manuals, installation guides, and datasheets.
Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible documentation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate information.
Ensure consistency and alignment with established style guides, terminology, and tone.
Manage documentation using content management systems or documentation tools.

 
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in technical writing
Experience working with hardware products – a must. Familiarity with software documentation – an advantage
Proficiency with documentation platforms or content management systems; experience with Paligo – an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset
