Job Description: Key Expert & Speaker Relationships Build, manage, and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key experts, speakers and training ambassadors Serve as the primary clinical counterpart for speakers, training centers, and key experts Lead clinical onboarding and professional development of key experts Mentor speakers and provide structured clinical and presentation feedback Foster engagement, loyalty, and advocacy within the Key Expert community Plan and execute events created to develop the key expert community Clinical Education Leadership Design and develop clinical education programs (basic, intermediate, advanced) Build and approve course agendas, abstracts, and learning objectives Ensure all education content meets scientific, ethical, and evidence-based standards Align clinical education with company strategy and product portfolio Training Delivery & Representation Attend training events organized by the company and support with hands on delivery Deliver clinical and product trainings to dentists, distributors, and internal teams Lead and supervise hands-on trainings, workshops, and live surgeries during training events Represent Alpha-Bio Tec. as a clinical authority at events and trainings in Israel and abroad Participate actively in key education and scientific events in Israel and abroad Clinical Content & Cases Development Guide and review clinical case documentation with key experts Support preparation of high-quality clinical presentations Act as final clinical reviewer for scientific content Job Requirements: DDS / DMD – mandatory Proven experience in the dental industry Experience working with KOLs / KEs Fluent English; additional languages an advantage Willingness to travel internationally on a regular base Operating Company: Implant Direct Envista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
