Global Product Manager, Mid-life services

We are looking for a

Global Product Manager, Mid-life services

Owner of product and service offering and product development in Upgrades & Modifications (U&M) Solutions. U&M solutions include retrofit solutions adding new or enhancing existing functionalities to equipment, also some complex spare part assemblies that require some engineering works are part of your portfolio. You will be part of Mid-Life services portfolio team and working very closely with operations including sales support, engineering and production of U&M solutions. The role is based in Iisalmi/Kuopio, Finland, and requires some travelling.

Your Key responsibilities are:

Define and drive the for global U&M Solutions
Lead the development and productization of new offerings
Ensure the competitiveness and profitability of product portfolio
Support complex sales cases and manage delivery pipeline priorities
Coordinate sales and marketing materials and campaigns
Organize and deliver product training for global sales teams
Develop global processes and ways of working
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence

To succeed in this position, we value:

Proven experience in service business and the heavy machinery industry
Experience in working in a cross-functional and international environment
Excellent networking and collaboration capabilities
Understanding Normet or similar application technologies
Experience in product and/or project management
Fluency in English, preferably also in Finnish (written and spoken)
M.Sc. or B. Sc degree in technology or engineering
