DevOps Engineer

Job Description Summary
GEHC is seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join the Haifa IG CT group. We are looking for engineer who has passion for automation and for optimizing the efficiency and productivity of large SW development teams.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain global IG team’s formal and informal (CI) verification pipelines
Work with global IG teams to integrate testing pipeline changes
Promote single-line SW methodology for supporting multiple product testing
Improve CI performance and reliability to increase SW quality and confidence
Jenkins Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain complex Jenkins pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
Automation: Create scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software updates. Develop tools and workflows to support developers around testing and other development activities.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous and reliable operations.
Documentation: Document pipeline configurations, workflows, and best practices.
Coordinate with central DevOps team on activities related to CI infrastructure
Drive improvement in all fronts proactively, engaging all stakeholders and ensuring all development teams benefit the most for the DevOps activity.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Jenkins: Extensive experience in creating and managing Jenkins pipelines.
Scripting Languages: Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell, or others.
Version Control: Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.
Ability to work as part of a global team, and push improvements proactively.
