As a Help Desk Specialist you will be responsible for:

Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
Managing users and permissions of cloud based products.
Mastering, deploying and supporting the latest technologies.
Onboarding and offboarding process.
Managing computers and peripheral equipment

Requirements

At least 2 years experience as a help desk specialist in a cloud-based environment.
Service-oriented, patience and independent
Excellent understanding of computer systems and hands-on experience with installing and maintaining peripheral equipment
Knowledge of Atlassian products (especially Jira administration)
Experience supporting Mac products
Fluent English
Good understanding of cloud environments - advantage
Familiarity with G suite - advantage
Basic scripting skills (Powershell, Bash or Python) - advantage
Fast learner
