.*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Director to oversee our technology strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, a deep understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies, and proven project management capabilities. You will be responsible for guiding our technology roadmap, managing the IT department, and ensuring the successful implementation of technological solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and execute the company's technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
* Oversee all aspects of IT operations, including infrastructure, network management, cybersecurity, and software development.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance business operations and product offerings.
* Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.
* Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions.
* Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and cybersecurity.

*Qualifications:*

* Proven experience as a Technology Director, Head of IT, or similar senior technology leadership role.
* Strong technical background with expertise in software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
* Demonstrated success in developing and implementing technology strategies and managing IT projects.
* Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
* Experience with budgeting and financial management for technology departments.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) are a plus.
