Manage preparation for conferences and exhibitions, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring successful on-site presence. Collaborate with multiple vendors, such as designers, printers, suppliers, to coordinate marketing materials and activities. Prepare and deliver high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, videos, and promotional items. Maintain social media accounts, following a social media calendar and monitoring performance. Generate reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide insights for improvement.
