Technical & Design Systems – Part time

Seperia builds and operates review sites in diverse verticals including fintech, software, e-learning and more.

From 2003, we have been driving millions of sales to our partners (advertisers). We do it by focusing on value added content, wrapped within an engaging web product and matched with high intent traffic.

We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-level UI/UX Designer for a part-time basis to help streamline the design process and handle the technical “heavy lifting.”
This is a hands-on, technical role focused on execution, consistency, and ongoing support rather than high-level product strategy.
You’ll work closely with the product, design, marketing and developers team to maintain and evolve our design system, support marketing and content needs, and help keep our websites visually consistent and up to date.

What Will You Do

Design System & UI Maintenance

Update and maintain the design system (components, styles, spacing, typography). Auditing Figma files, updating components, ensuring Auto Layout is used correctly, and keeping our library synced and scalable.
Ensure consistency between Figma designs and live implementations.
Support small UI tweaks, fixes, and improvements across multiple websites.
Prepare components for developer handoff and QA design consistency.

Marketing & Visual Design

Create logos, icons, illustrations, and simple brand assets.
Design images and visual assets for websites, landing pages, and marketing needs.
Support campaigns with fast, production-ready visuals.

Ongoing Tasks

Handle small to medium design tasks quickly and accurately.
Taking existing wireframes and applying styles, or making quick updates to live prototypes based on feedback.
Assist with design QA: checking pages for visual inconsistencies or missing assets.

Collaborate with developers and product managers on day-to-day needs.

Skills & Experience

Must Have

Strong Figma skills (components, auto layout, variants, nested properties, libraries, layers organization).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Skilled in using AI-integrated tools to streamline everything from rapid prototyping and icon generation to complex image manipulation for web and marketing.
Understanding of design systems and UI consistency.
Experience working with developers and understanding handoff constraints.
Familiarity with accessibility basics.
Good eye for detail and visual polish.
Ability to work independently and manage recurring tasks.
Ability to take a brief for a “simple” task and execute it with high quality without constant hand-holding.
Ability switching from a deep UI audit to designing a crisp vector logo or a hero image for a landing page.
Strong portfolio showing relevant skillsNice to Have
Experience with marketing design and branding.
Motion & Interaction Design (Experience in figma prototyping to create simple UI animations and micro-interactions)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (reading-level is enough).
Experience working on content-heavy or comparison websites.
Vector illustration skills for custom iconography and branded web elements
