Technical Writer - Part time Freelancer position

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer for a part-time basis (40%) position.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to create high-quality documentation that will help customers and managed service providers (MSPs) better understand and utilize our software platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user guides, product documentation, whitepapers and technical articles on relevant product topics.
Improve in-app content to ensure it is clear, concise and accessible to target users
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Research teams to gather the necessary information.
Continuously improve and update documents to reflect the evolving product features and customer needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in technical writing for B2B software products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
