יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כמנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים באופיר אופטרוניקס, תהיה/י חלק מחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים.

בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י ל Sr Supv, Accts Payable

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים, אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש.
התאמות כרטיסים.
טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים, תזכורות תשלום, פניות פנימיות.
טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
עבודה עצמאית
משרה מלאה עם אפשרות לשילוב עבודה מרחוק
בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה.
שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה.

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2- חובה
מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 3- יתרון
ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה , בעיקר קריאה וכתיבה- חובה
שליטה ב Excel ברמה גבוהה-חובה
גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים.
שליטה במערכות ERP, עדיפות ל SAP
