The PMO plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between R&D and operations. It ensures seamless execution of cross-functional processes while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. By driving operational excellence, managing project lifecycles, and optimizing workflows, the PMO enhances efficiency and fosters continuous improvement across teams.

Responsibilities
Matrix management of all operational disciplines.
Managing the drone's PLM system.
Leading cross-organizational processes (ECO implementation, PRR process, etc.).
Leading product KPI forum.
Managing operational routines to meet various goals.
Acting as the key interface between the development and operations teams.
Ensuring timely completion of cross-functional tasks under their leadership.
Working with various interfaces (engineering, R&D, customer support, and Ops)
Leading product improvement and efficiency processes.
Requirements
B.A\BSC Industrial management or equal - must
At least two years experience in Project management or Product management - must
At least 4 years Experience with the manufacturing industry - Benefit
Proficiency in JIRA, including dashboard creation.
Knowledge of engineering processes (FAI, ECO, transition from development to production, etc.).
Basic knowledge of drone technology.
Full understanding of production line workflows.
Expertise in Lean methodologies (6S, A3, DMAIC, VSM, etc.).
Full proficiency in Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Visio, etc.).
