Why Join Us?We are looking for a Lead RMA Planner to join our RMA Team (Global Appliances Operations group), who has a passion for the Supply Chain world, desires to work with large databases, create forecasts and build complex inventory analysis.In this position you will use your expertise in Operational processes and lead activities that will achieve high data accuracy and predictions.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily monitor on inbound/outbound of units from global RMA hubsInventory control at the RMA global hubsData update in ERP system as requiredPurchase requests and invoices payments to logistics vendorsLead complex projects: Process optimization, customer service and data improvementQualificationsBA/BSc in Logistics/Industrial Engineering4-5 Years of experience a Planner/Project Manager in supply chain/RMA Specialist in a global organizationProven experience in service management to customers: SLA, Response time, event analysis followed by corrective actionsGood analytical skillsExcellent service approachProfessional Microsoft Knowledge (Excel, Word, PPT and others)English – as mother tongueTeam playerHigh communication skillsSelf-motivated, fast learner, responsibleIt would be great if you also have:Have Strong background in Supply Chain.Team player spirit!Believe in learning new things every day.
