Remote Product Sourcing and Vendor Relations Specialist – Healthcare & Medical Supplies

We are seeking a *Product Sourcing and Vendor Relations Specialist* who will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and managing relationships with suppliers in the healthcare and medical field. Your goal will be to ensure the quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness of products critical to patient care, supporting both our mission and regulatory compliance standards.

We are especially looking to work with someone who has had prior relationships with these manufacturers ( *Baxter, BBraun, Fresenius Medical, ICU-Medical, Pfizer*)

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Healthcare Product Sourcing Hard to Find or Back Ordered Items :* Identify and source high-quality healthcare and medical products that are market backored or currently hard to find, items including *RX Items, Pharmaceuticals, Saline, Irrigation Water, Solutions and IV Bags and Bottles, and other essential supplies*. Conduct thorough research to find reliable suppliers who meet industry standards.
* *Vendor Relations in Medical Field:* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure a continuous and reliable supply chain. Serve as the primary contact for vendor communications, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating quality evaluations and *consistent supply*.

*Qualifications*
* Strong background in healthcare procurement and vendor relations
* Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
* Experience in supply chain and supplier management
* Ability to analyze and optimize procurement processes

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 95.00₪ - 100.00₪ per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
