Strategic Buyer (Electronics and Silicon Segments)

Innoviz Supply Chain team is leading the Production, Procurement, Logistics and Planning. We are looking for a talented Strategic Buyer to lead and manage the commercial relationship with Innoviz’ s direct strategic suppliers. This includes but is not limited to, supplier sourcing, qualification, terms and conditions execution, negotiating pricing and suppliers’ relationship management.

Responsibilities

Locate new sources of supply (Electronics and silicon ASICs)
Work closely with the Stakeholders to help steer the selection to preferred suppliers and utilize this leverage to obtain the most competitive pricing
Manage supplier long term readiness/capacity to support INVZ demands
Negotiate agreements by analyzing supplier quotations and terms
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
Conduct supplier performance evaluations (KPI/Score cards ) / supplier assessments (QBR)
Conduct supplier performance evaluations (KPIs, scorecards) and supplier assessments (QBRs)

Requirements:

Education: Engineering degree must
At least 4 years of experience as a Strategic Buyer/Commodity Manager
Experience in leading contract drafting and E2E negotiations – Must
Fluent English, spoken and written - Must
Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint - Must
Willing to travel abroad (up to 20% of the time) – Must
Technical understanding in electronics and silicon components segment- Advantage
Experience in ERP (Priority) - Advantage
2-3 years of proven experience in supply chain roles - Advantage
Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks and needs of internal and external customers
