About the Job:
Support the entire Israeli payroll process including collecting, validating, and updating data in payroll systems in an accurate and timely manner.
Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
handling onboarding and terminations processes and paperwork.
Continuous updates of Hilan payroll system and employees database.
Act as a point of reference on payroll related questions and requests - in a professional and helpful manner.
Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces - HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.
