Job Description:

Located at a customer site, the On-Site Foup Wash technician is responsible for the day to day execution and performance of the Entegris Foup Wash operation. This position fulfills a Scope of Work (SOW) and is responsible to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction for all products and equipment covered by the SOW.

Principal objective
Fulfill a Scope of Work (SOW) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and adhering to work instructions, standard operating procedures, safety and security regulations

Main responsibilities:

Measures and checks products to ensure quality standards are met;

Packages and labels parts for shipment;

Operate Foup Wash tools according to daily targets

Adheres to work instructions and standard operating procedures;

Recognizes equipment and product problems, notifies lead and/or troubleshoots errors in order to achieve optimum production levels and perform visual quality checks;

Lifts and/or move up to an average of 25 Kilograms daily.

Walks in cleanroom environment an average of 12 KM per day.

As a team player, works directly with management and co-workers to help drive improvements in the production process;

Participates in activities initiated through lean manufacturing projects;

Maintains a safe work environment by following all Health & Safety policies and procedures in support of an Works in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate cleanroom garments, and following stringent micro contamination procedures.

Material handling responsibilities such as hauling finished goods using pallet jacks or other moving/lifting devices.

Educational and professional experience / Knowledge, skills and experience (KSE)

General:

Ability to work overtime/weekends as necessary;

Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 Kilograms, walk an average of 12 Kilometers.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent;

Professional experience:

Previous experience in production environment and chemical handling highly desirable – a plus;

Ability to write work instructions - a plus;

KBM tools and lean manufacturing experience – a plus.

Skills and knowledge:

Basic spoken and written English

Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to utilize tools to troubleshoot and/or repair equipment;

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications, Oracle, Lotus Notes, and Clear Orbit knowledge a plus);

Ability to follow technical work instructions

Ability to work under pressure
