Our offices are located in Beit Shemesh in the centrally located Neimi shopping center.

What you will be doing:
As an R&D Team Lead you will be managing the R&D Team, reporting to the VP Product. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide the technical aspects of Azami’s software development projects. You will contribute to architectural development and design efforts, collaborating with the team to design scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems. You’ll be very hands on and deeply involved in programming tasks, utilizing your expertise to craft efficient and effective solutions to complex problems. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in leading and supporting your colleagues by providing assistance with code reviews, offering insights and suggestions to improve code quality, readability, and performance. Overall, your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the R&D Team
Develop and maintain our SaaS platform using modern web technologies
Collaborate with product and design teams to build user-friendly and scalable solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Lead in the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Engage in programming tasks to implement new features and functionalities, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
Contribute ideas and insights to shape the direction of the project and enhance its capabilities.
Requirements:
Senior Level Experience: 6+ years relevant experience in the field, unless demonstrating exceptional expertise and accomplishments
Management Experience: 5+ years
Experience with relevant languages (React, NodeJS, NextJS)
Full-Time Availability, hybrid 3 days from the Office
Ability to understand the pros and cons of different architecture decisions and choose the best option
