About The Position
Own end-to-end quality across our company products, including web and mobile applications, backend services, embedded partner integrations, tracking systems and data flows.
Define and continuously improve the QA strategy, including regression coverage, release gates, risk assessment and production validation.
Architect, develop and maintain scalable test automation across UI, API and end-to-end system workflows.
Establish quality processes that identify defects and requirement gaps early in the development lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and DevOps to improve testability, CI/CD integration, deployment reliability and release readiness.
Analyze product requirements, challenge assumptions and proactively identify edge cases, dependencies and technical risks.
Lead, mentor and develop QA engineers while remaining deeply involved in hands-on automation and technical problem-solving.
Drive continuous improvements in automation effectiveness, test stability, defect prevention and overall delivery quality.
Take ownership of quality-related technical decisions, tooling and release recommendations.

Requirements:
6+ years of QA experience across complex, production-grade systems, including frontend, backend, APIs and third-party integrations.
4+ years of hands-on test automation experience, including designing, building and maintaining automation frameworks.
2+ years of experience leading QA engineers, with end-to-end ownership of quality and release readiness.
Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or a comparable language, with experience in modern automation tools. Playwright is a significant advantage.
Solid understanding of API testing, databases, CI/CD pipelines, debugging and distributed system interactions.
Proven ability to design risk-based testing strategies, prioritize automation coverage and improve release confidence.
Strong analytical thinking, technical independence, ownership and cross-functional communication skills.
Ability to balance technical execution (approximately 70%) with team leadership and strategic quality initiatives.
