General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to lead an established, market-leading vertical software company. The companys core product suite offers advanced solutions for customers around the world. The company is well-positioned for significant growth, supported by its loyal customer base and an experienced team (50 team members) with deep industry expertise.

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the ongoing operations and drive the Companys growth in an ambitious and profitable manner. You will oversee sales and marketing, research and development, operations, and finance, while cultivating an organization and culture built to last. You will benefit from the support of the Companys Founders and our Partners, as well as industry experts and advisors.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Operations
Set and communicate long-term, annual, and quarterly goals.
Allocate resources for continuous improvements and new initiatives.
Standardize and automate processes for efficiency and scalability.
Own financial results and focus on profitability and long-term growth.
Track KPIs, including ARR growth, customer retention, and free cash flow.
Collaborate with finance to produce accurate financials and cash flow forecasting.
Lead strategic planning, budget preparation, and quarterly meetings with us.

Growth
Drive value creation plan through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Expand the companys global reseller and partner programs.
Align pricing and packaging with company strategy.
Attend industry events to promote the company.
Conduct market research to inform company strategy and roadmap.

Organization
Recruit, train, and retain top talent, while ensuring the right people are in the right seats.
Develop and maintain an entrepreneurial culture defined by transparency, focus, and excellence.
