Required Forward-Deployed Engineer
About us:
We transform trade contractors' knowledge, documents, and workflows into AI-powered systems. Forward-Deployed Engineers sit alongside our customers - configuring the platform to their workflows, building the bespoke tooling that gets them to value quickly, and bringing real-world feedback back to product and R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
Embed with customers during onboarding and through go-live: workflows, integrations, evaluation
Configure agents and integrations to fit each customer's actual process
Build internal tooling that lets customer success scale
Bring customer truths back to product and R&D - what works, what doesn't, what's missing
Visit jobsites and customer offices regularly.
