we are looking for a Senior UX/UI.
What You'll Do:
Own the Experience: Lead product design end-to-end, from wireframes and user journeys to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
Pioneer Gen AI UX: Design seamless, human-centric interactions with our AI matchmaker. You will shape conversational interfaces and dynamic AI features so the "wingman in the chat" feels magical, not robotic.
Master the Figma Ecosystem: Build, scale, and evolve the design system entirely in Figma, utilizing advanced features like variables, auto-layout, and complex component libraries for iOS and Android.
Optimize for Growth: Build and improve core funnels, paying special attention to onboarding, paywall performance, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) through structured A/B testing.
