we need an Advertiser Collaborations Manager to connect the right advertisers to the millions of conversations happening inside our app. Dating is broken. Together, we're fixing it. Based in the heart of Tel Aviv, we're a dynamic startup with big dreams and an even bigger mission. We've had a highly successful launch and are gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you won't just be sending media kits; you'll be building the relationships that turn audience into a business advertisers actually want to be part of.
What You'll Do:
Source and Close Advertisers: Identify and pitch brands who want to reach audience directly inside the app, from banner placements to sponsored content and affiliate collaborations.
Grow What's Already Working: Expand existing affiliate and brand partnerships - building on live pilots like NordVPN, ExpressVPN, Preply, and KICKS CREW - into a real, repeatable advertiser pipeline.
Own the Advertiser Relationship: Be the day-to-day point of contact for advertisers once a deal is signed, keeping placements running smoothly and relationships worth renewing.
Package for Advertisers: Build the media kit, pitch decks, and performance reporting that make it easy for a brand to say yes and easy for them to see it's working.
Coordinate With Ad Ops: Work closely with the team managing ad stack (AppLovin MAX, AdMob, and others) so direct advertiser deals complement rather than collide with programmatic demand.

Experienced: 3-5+ years in ad sales, brand partnerships, or advertiser-facing account management, ideally at a consumer app, media company, or ad network.
A Natural Closer: You can build a relationship, make the pitch, and get a deal signed without losing months in back-and-forth.
Comfortable on Both Sides of the Table: You can talk to a brand about their campaign goals and to mylo's own product and ad ops teams about what's actually possible to deliver.
Data-Informed & Growth-Obsessed: You back up a pitch with real numbers, and use campaign performance data to make the case for renewal or expansion.
A Startup Operator: You take extreme ownership, prioritize speed, and navigate ambiguity with ease in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points: Existing relationships with brands or agencies in verticals that fit mylo's audience (lifestyle, dating-adjacent, subscription products), or experience with affiliate/performance marketing deals specifically.
