What Youll Do:
Corporate Strategy. Lead competitive positioning research. Support the development and continuous refinement of the company narrative as the company, market, and competitive landscape evolve.
Fundraising. Build the fundraising strategy and evaluate multiple fundraising paths. Build and manage relationships with private equity funds, banks, and strategic partners. Own and coordinate the fundraising process from initial outreach through execution and closing.
Corporate Development & Partnerships. Source and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and commercial opportunities that can expand the company's talent base, strengthen programmatic supply, or create new monetization opportunities.
Company Operating Cadence. Establish and manage the company's operating rhythm, ensuring business priorities are clearly tracked, budgets remain aligned, and core KPIs progress in line with company goals.
Operational Leadership. Partner with VP HR, Finance, and functional leaders to oversee people strategy, budgeting, compensation planning, and cross-functional operating processes.
