In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and export activities, monitoring delivery schedules, and coordinating with internal departments and international sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the export of systems and assemblies to the company's international customers.
Handle customer orders, monitor order status, and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Warehouse, Production, Finance, and R D.
Coordinate with Sales Coordinators across international territories, including the US, Far East, and Europe.
Support logistics and shipping coordination to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial company.
Knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
SAP proficiency - a significant advantage.
Experience in import/export processes - a significant advantage.
Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces effectively.
