NOC Engineer

We are looking for a NOC Engineer at the start of their technical career - a current student, recent graduate, or early-career technologist with genuine curiosity about how large systems work and what happens when they break. You do not need years of NOC experience. You need to be organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely interested in solving problems rather than just routing them.
You are a self-learner who picks up new technology quickly and does not stop at the surface of a problem. You are comfortable being hands-on, you ask why something failed rather than only that it failed, and you look for better ways to do things instead of only following the procedure in front of you.
What Youll Actually Be Doing:
Monitor our production environments 24/7 and ensure system stability across infrastructure, application, and service levels
Own the full event lifecycle - detect, triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents at Tier 1.5, reducing unnecessary escalations to engineering teams
Make real-time severity calls and notify the right people with the right context at the right time
Improve runbooks, alert quality, and monitoring coverage as you learn the platform.
Collaborate directly with SRE, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams, gaining hands-on exposure to the systems that power our financial products.
