We are looking for a Senior / Lead Mechanical Engineer who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to take complex systems from idea to working hardware.
The role requires creativity, independence, leadership and influence - full ownership from concept and CAD through prototype and field testing.
8+ years of mechanical design experience, across all stages of the product development cycle
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
Hands-on experience with FEA, DFM and materials selection
Proven experience designing and building complex mechanical systems
Ability to work independently, lead and influence, and move projects forward in uncertain environments Experience with large mechanical systems (meter scale) - advantage
Experience with fluid-flow systems (hydraulics / chemical or process industry) - advantage
Experience with high-power thermal systems - advantage
Hands-on experience assembling and testing hardware - advantage
